The PowPow app for ChatGPT lets the assistant work with your PowPow account on your behalf: finding nearby public posts, places and digital humans; reading your own profile, posts and digital humans; and — with your confirmation — publishing posts, liking posts, following people, saving favorites, editing your nickname and bio, and creating or undoing a digital human.
Every action runs through the same rules as the PowPow website and mobile app. Nothing is written without your explicit confirmation in the conversation.
Remove the PowPow app in ChatGPT (Settings → Apps / Connected apps). On the PowPow website you can also review and revoke the authorization from your account settings. Removing the app stops all access immediately; your PowPow account and content stay intact.
No. Publishing is a two-step flow: the assistant first prepares a draft, shows it to you, and only publishes after you confirm. A post can only be published from a draft that was created in the same conversation, so the model cannot skip the confirmation step.
Posts: you can ask the assistant to delete a post it published for you within 24 hours of publishing. Older posts, or posts you published yourself on the website or app, must be deleted from PowPow directly.
Digital humans: a digital human created through the AI can be undone within 24 hours, as long as nobody has chatted with it yet. Undoing refunds the badges that were spent. Digital humans created on the website or app are managed in PowPow under "My digital humans".
Profile, follows, favorites and likes: all of these can be changed again at any time, either through the assistant or on the website.
In PowPow, open Settings → AI connection (AI 连接) and switch off "allow AI to write". Read-only tools keep working; write tools return a clear "write access is off" message. The change takes effect within about one minute.
Creating a digital human costs 2 badges and expires after 30 days, exactly as on the website and app. Badges are earned by using PowPow (for example, checking in at places); they are not purchased through this integration, and no subscription or payment can be started from the AI.
Only what the tools return for your account and what is already public in PowPow. The assistant cannot read private messages, payment details, passwords, or other users' private data. See our Privacy Policy for the full list of data categories, purposes and retention periods.
PowPow's public places, posts and digital humans are concentrated in mainland China. Searches for places elsewhere will usually return little or nothing. The interface language of the assistant follows your ChatGPT language.
Ask the assistant to try again; if a place name was matched incorrectly, give a more specific name (for example "Beijing Forbidden City" instead of "the museum"). If the problem persists, email us with the details above.

所有操作都走与泡泡网站、App 完全相同的规则。任何写操作都必须先经你在对话里确认。
在 ChatGPT 中移除泡泡插件（设置 → 应用 / 已连接的应用），也可以在泡泡网站账号设置里撤销授权。 移除后访问立即停止，你的账号和内容不受影响。
不会。发帖是两步流程：AI 先准备草稿给你看，你确认后才发布。而且只能发布本次对话里生成的草稿， 模型无法跳过确认这一步。
帖子：可以要求 AI 删除它代你发布、且在 24 小时内的帖子。更早的帖子，或你自己在网站/App 发的帖子，请直接在泡泡里删除。
数字人：通过 AI 创建的数字人，在 24 小时内且还没有人跟它聊过时，可以让 AI 撤销， 撤销会退还创建时扣的徽章。在网站/App 里建的数字人请在泡泡「我的数字人」里管理。
资料、关注、收藏、点赞：随时可以再改回来，用 AI 或在网站上操作都可以。
在泡泡「设置 → AI 连接」里关闭「允许 AI 写入」。只读工具不受影响；写工具会返回明确的 「写权限已关闭」提示。改动大约一分钟后生效。
创建数字人扣 2 个徽章、30 天后过期，与网站和 App 的规则完全一致。徽章靠使用泡泡获得 （例如打卡），不能通过这个插件购买，也不能在 AI 里发起订阅或支付。
只有工具针对你账号返回的内容，以及泡泡里本来就公开的内容。AI 读不到私信、支付信息、密码， 也读不到其他用户的非公开数据。数据类别、用途与保留期限见 隐私策略。
泡泡的公开地点、帖子与数字人主要集中在中国大陆，搜索其他地区通常结果很少或没有。 AI 的界面语言跟随你的 ChatGPT 语言。
